Refund & Cancellation Policy –
Private Parties:
If any act of god, natural disaster or fault by the entertainer prevents the entertainer to arrive to your private events, Chocolate Fantasy will refund your deposit or apply it another schedules party for you the customer.
Chocolate Fantasy does not give refunds for the deposit for private parties if the party was canceled by you, the customer of Chocolate Fantasy. If you feel you deserve a refund, the customer and the staff at Chocolate Fantasy may agree to a refund via EMAIL ONLY. This way both parties have verified that the agreement took place and that whatever issue happened justified the refund.
Tickets for Nightclub Shows:
The terms for refunds by Chocolate Fantasy will be stated on their ticketing landing page / platform. There are no refunds outside of the refund terms stated on the ticketing page you bought your tickets on.
